GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following order: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO.31548 of 2024 ORDER: Precisely, the writ petition is filed in not releasing the bill amount of Rs.3,15,616.94ps. (CFMS numbers for the year 2020 (124328) 2021 (205237) 2022 (19210) towards supply of chemical goods to the soil testing laboratory i.e., 5th respondent as per purchaser order placed by the 2nd respondent, which is illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished the proceedings vide File No.AGC02-11029/1/2025, dated 02.01.2025, which was addressed by the Joint Director of Agriculture to the Government Pleader for Agriculture Department in High Court of A.P. As seen from the proceedings, it is stated that the file is under process and will be submitted to the Government for release of funds to clear pending payment and for completion of this process, it will take atleast sixty days. 3. As the respondents are not disputed the amount due to the petitioner and the supply of the material to the respondents, this Court is inclined to disposed of this writ petition directing the respondents herein to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner herein within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petitioner is entitled to claim interest @6% per annum from the date of writ petition till the date of realization. 3 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
