The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.315, dated 29.08.2024, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, Police Station Hisar Civil Lines, Hisar (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise. 2. Learned State counsel submits that there are four accused in the present case and only one accused has filed the present petition. 3. In view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of “Rakesh Dass and ors. Vs. State of Haryana and Anr.”, decided on 12.11.2024, this petition is not maintainable, at this stage. 4. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition, at this stage. 5. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage. 6. All other pending application, if any, is also disposed off, accordingly.
