Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chutia P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025 (N) for the offences registered under Sections 21(b), 22(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Ranchi. 3. On 30.05.2025, Chutia police on the basis of confidential information raided the house of the petitioner and seized 11 grams of brown sugar from there. 4. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner is an accused in as many as four cases and two of which are of similar nature. 5. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Spl. P.P., appearing for the State has submitted that the petitioner has also been convicted in Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 219 of 2007. 6.
