The WP filed against the award in ID No.72/2017 dated 04.04.2024 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under:
1. The basic pay of the Respondent is reduced by two incremental stage without cumulative effect from the date of punishment till the date of settlement. 2. The Respondent is entitled for restoration of two increments from the date of settlement. 3.
