PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.455 of 2024 of Proddatur I Town Police Station, YSR Kadapa District. 2 2. A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 109 r/w 3(5) of BNS 2023. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 15.12.2024 at about 4.30 p.m. while the defacto complainant Charan Kumar Reddy and one Surya Prakash Reddy were near Gym building, Arts College complex, Proddatur Town, keeping the previous grudges in mind, the petitioners along with others went to them and attacked them with beer bottles, stones and cricket bat with an intention to kill them and caused injuries to them. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent/State and perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is not yet completed. In view of the same and the gravity of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners herein. 6.
