(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 10.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, appearing on behalf of respondents, states that entire arrear, on account of revision of pension in the revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2016 along with enhanced DA/IR, stands paid to the petitioner. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be executed, stands complied with, which fact has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel representing the petitioner. 2 3.
