2 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the pending representation of petitioner (Annexure P/11) in accordance with law, within stipulated time. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner was entitled to get promotion in the year 2016, but till date same has not been provided. He would contend that the representation was made by the petitioner to the respondent authorities dated 23.03.2017, but till date it has not been decided. He would pray that a direction may be issued the respondent authorities to consider the pending representation strictly in accordance with law.
3. On the other hand, learned counsels appearing for the respective respondents would oppose.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition, at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the pending representation (Annexure P-11) of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law in objective manner expeditiously preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction(s), the petition is disposed of. Sd/-
