-2- 24.03.2025 1) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 31.03.2019 passed by the Collector District Bemetara under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993, is revisable before the Divisional Commissioner according to the provisions of Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. She would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer a revision before the said authority, and in turn, the authorities concerned may be directed to decide it expeditiously. 2) No objection from the other side. 3) Permission granted. 4) Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. 5) If the petitioner prefers a revision before the Divisional Commissioner according to the provisions of Rule 3 of Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995, it is expected that the authority concerned will decide it expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.
