(oral) The present petition has been filed under Article 226 Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing official respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 9 and take action on dated 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-3). It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner No.1 is already married with respondent No.7. Both the petitioners are major and in love with each other. Their parents and relatives are against their relationship and threats have even been extended to petitioner No.1 by her parents and relatives to kill her. A copy of this order along with copy of repre 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) be sent to respondent No.2, so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
