The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chirkunda P.S. Case No. 41/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 354, 395, 436, 427, 452 & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. On 31.01.2023 at about 8:00 A.M., petitioner alongwith 250 persons went to the village Balu Bankar, Chirkunda and assaulted the villagers. It is alleged that the mob looted cash, jewelries and other valuable articles from the villagers. 4. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It was further submitted that prior to the occurrence, villagers had assaulted one Deepak Bauri, due to which he sustained grievous injury and subsequently succumbed to it. It was finally submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court as well as different co-ordinate Bench of this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Dhanbad in connection with Chirkunda P.S.
