Munshi Ram vs. Sohan Lal RSA No.273 of 2016 04.12.2025 Present: Mr. Mohinder Verma, Advocate, for the appellant. Ms. Palvi, Advocate, vice counsel, for the respondent. CMP No.______ of 2025 Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application in the Court today with the prayer to withdraw himself from the matter. Application be registered. It is averred that despite repeated efforts made by learned counsel, instructions have not come forth from the appellant and in fact the appellant has not tried to contact the counsel since long. Copies of communications made by learned counsel with the appellant have also been placed on record. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Learned counsel for the appellant is allowed to withdraw himself from the appeal. Since, the appellant has not shown any interest in prosecuting the appeal, it appears that he is not intending to further prosecute the same. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
