Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank points out to daily order dated 18.12.2024, where the petitioner was directed to deposit 20% of the outstanding amount due as on said date within four weeks, failing which it was
directed that the interim order granted shall automatically stand vacated and the respondent is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
