PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The Criminal Petition, u/Sec.482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the Petitioner/A2 to grant antiCiPatOry bail in connection with crime No.60/2022 of Amadaguru Police Station, Sri Sathya Sai District. ._st-,+'/I- t-_-l=._-`-- E I 2) A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 4O9 and 420 lPC. 3) Caseofthe prosecution in briefisthat: On 26.9.2022, the Branch Manager of A.P.Grameena Bank, Amadagur branch gave a report to police stating that prior to 26.9.2022, one K.PenchaI Reddy (A1), who worked as Senior Manager in the same branch and had given fake loans in some names to a tune of Rs.6,65,042/- and later the same were transferred to various account numbers and finally returned the same amount to his known account numbers and thereby cheated the bank. 4) Heard. Perused the record. 5) A perusal of the material avaI'Iable on record goes to show that basing on the confessional statement of A1, name of the petitioner has been shown as accused in the present crime. Learned counsel submits that in respect of A1, this Court granted anticI'PatOry bal'l and the Case Of this Petitioner stands on the same footing as that of A1. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant the prayer of the petitioner/A2 for grant of ant'lcipatory bail. 6) Accordingly, jn the event of his arrest with regard to this crime, petitioner/A2 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only), with two sureties for the -==---i-==o like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condition that the petitioner shall make himself available for investigation as and when required and that he shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.OO a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of the charge-sheet. 7) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
