After detail argument, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, petition is disposed off with direction to AD&SJ, Court No. VI, Agra to call for the expert report upon the agreement dated 02.03.2019 and decide this issue, maximum within a period of four weeks after obtaining the expert report. He is further directed to decide the proceeding Execution Case No. 206 of 2019, in accordance with law, maximum within a period of two months, thereafter. 3. It is made clear that order dated 09.01.2025 passed in Misc. Case No. 1/2020 shall abide by the new order passed by the court. 4. Learned counsel for the parties have given assurance that they will not seek adjournment on the date fixed by the court.
