This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in WPS No. 7768/2025. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner vide his transfer order dated 30.06.2025 transferred from Balrampur Ramanujganj to Bemetara and thereafter vide order dated 07.07.2025 he has been transferred from Balrampur Ramanujganj to Baster. The said transfer order dated 07.07.2025 annexed as (Annexure P/2) in the writ petition but due to clerical mistake, the order dated 07.07.2025 could not be mentioned in Para- 1 of the order dated 18.07.2025, therefore, the same may also be corrected. 3. On due consideration the application for modification of the order dated 18.07.2025 is allowed and now in the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in WPS No. 7768/2025 in Para-1, after the word “transferred from Balrampur Ramanujganj to Bemetara”, the following sentence be added “thereafter vide another transfer order dated 07.07.2025 the petitioner has been transferred from Balrampur Ramanujganj to Baster.” 4. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC is disposed of. 5. A copy of this order be placed in the record of the WPS No. 7768/2025 and be read as a part of the order dated 18.07.2025.
