The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 88/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, Jamshedpur. 3. In the midnight of 07.06.2025, Sakchi police apprehended this petitioner alongwith co-accused Arif Ali near Suvarnrekha link road, Jamshedpur. On search, fire arms are alleged to have been recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Arif Ali has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 9057/2025. It was further submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S.
