3. The petitioner registers a complaint on 04.02.2004. The said complaint comes to be closed. The petitioner goes into deep slumber, wakes up after 20 years and submits a representation by sending a legal notice to the respondents on 01.08.2024, seeking compensation on negligence for not registering a crime and sought investigation, on the complaint submitted in the year 2004, which stood closed in the year 2004 itself. 4.
In the light of the fact that the petitioner was in deep slumber for twenty long years and sought investigation on the complaint, which stood closed in the year 2004, the impugned communication of respondent No.2 - the Station House Officer does not warrant interference and the petition stands dismissed.
