Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 164 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1224 of 2017, for the offences registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 511 and 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad. Petitioners are alleged to have produced forged Teacher Eligibility Test certificates at the time of verification of documents for their appointment as a teacher in upgraded Middle School. It was submitted that petitioners did not joint their duty. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been grated anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide A.B.A. No.364 of 2023. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 164 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1224 of 2017.
