By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking for the following reliefs:- “a. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondent for its kind perusal. b. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application/representation/complaint filed by the petitioners before the respondent authority. Any other relief or reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have taken the suit land and has not provided any compensation to the petitioner and the other villagers. The petitioner is facing huge economical difficulties and loss due to the above fact and they are irreparable. Hence the petitioner has moved several representation to the higher authorities/respondents, but to the disappointment no reply has been given by the concerned authorities till date. 3. Learned counsel for the State raised no objection, if direction of timely decision of the representation made by the petitioner be made by this Court. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. After care perusal of the record available, it is clear that the petitioner has made representation/application for the several times to the respondent authorities (Annexure P/1) with regard to the compensation after the acquirement of the suit property/disputed land, however, till date no reply or decision has been taken by the concerned respondent authorities, due to which the petitioner along with other villager people must have been suffering. Therefore, this Court directs the concerned respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/1) made by the petitioner expeditiously. 6.
