The petitioner filed the above writ petition to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s representation for the grant of patteidar passbooks and title deeds in respect of Ac. 1-30 cents of land in survey No. 1/1 and Ac. 00-58 cents in survey No.3/1, Rushikonda village, Madhurawada Mandal, as illegal and arbitrary. The said writ petition was
disposed of on 22.09.2012, directing respondent No.4, Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam, to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders.

Heard Sri A. Vamsi Krishna, learned counsel representing Sri V. Surya Kiran Kumar,
learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Bhagat Singh,
learned counsel for the respondent.
4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the respondent/contemnor failed to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders.

Sri Bhagat Singh, learned counsel for the respondent submitted the instructions furnished by Tahsildar vide Rc.No.1069/2011/A dated 07.05.2025, a perusal of which indicates that in pursuance of order dated 22.09.2012, the then Tahsildar passed a speaking order vide Lr.RC.No.1069/2011/A , dated 28.01.2013, rejecting the claim of the petitioners and against the said tTder, the petitioners filed appeal before the appellate authority and RDO, Visakhapatnam vide D.Dis.No.4153/2014/C.
6. Thus, as seen from the instructions, a speaking order was passed by the Tahsidair on 28.01.2013.
7. Given the instructions, since the respondents complied with the order dated 22.09.2012, by passing a speaking order, though some delay occurred, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondents did not commit any contempt by not implementing the order dated 22.09.2012 in W.P.No.25837 of
2011.
8. Therefore, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
9. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
