No reply has been filed by respondent No.4. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that no reply is required to be filed on behalf of respondent No.4. By way of this application, a prayer has been made to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The application is duly supported by an affidavit by the competent authority. Moreover, there is no opposition to the application by the respondents, therefore, there is nothing before this Court to disbelieve the averments made therein. The delay is also of 27 days which cannot be said to be inordinate more particularly in view of the facts averred in the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
