A case has been registered against the petitioner and others for the offence under Sections 109 read with 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. The case of the prosecution is that: On 28.10.2024 at about 3.00 AM at G.V. Mall opposite street, Thadithota, Rajamahendravaram, while the defacto complainant was 'taking rest in his auto rickshaw, accused Nos. 1 and 2 came to him and demanded money, and when one of the accused was verifying pockets of the defacto complainant, the other accused scratched on his left side chest with a knife. As a result, he sustairled injuries. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner was arrested on 04.ll.2024 and since then he has been in judicial remand. The petitioner is langu-lshing in jail for more than 65 days. Police have not completed the investigation and not filed charge sheet. Eiir- 2 7. In view of the afo-resaid facts and circumstances of the case, thl's Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein, however, on the following conditions. (i) The petitioner/A2 herein shall be released on hI'S executing a Personal bond for Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the I Additional Distrl'ct and sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram,I (l'i) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e. on every sunday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet. 8.
