The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:- “A. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that the trial is in progress. 4. Today, when the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioners is not present nor any representation made on behalf of the petitioners to press this petition on repeated calls and it appears that the petitioners has lost interest in pursuing the matter as there is no interim order in the present case. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed on this ground alone. 6. The Registrar(Judicial) is directed to send the copy of this order to the trial Court for necessary action, if so requires.
