While so, the petitioner having colluded with other accused by creating fake G.P.A. and also by producing fake Family Member certificate purchased the very same property on 29.12.2022 from the other accused. It is alleged that the petitioner in collusion with other accused created a fake G.P.A. and other documents and purchased the property. It is further alleged that the petitioner is aware of all these fake transactions. 3. As there are specific allegations against the petitioner about creation of fake documents to knock away the property of the de facto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
