Mr. Kalidas Saha Ms. Khushi Mollick …for the petitioners Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya Ms. Debadrita Mondal ….for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. Out of previous grudge, a scuffle took place between the adverse parties. Injuries were received on both sides. There is a delay about four days in lodging the FIR. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He refers to statements of victims as well as witnesses taking the name of the present petitioners among others. He also refers to the injury reports of victims showing inflicting of injury on the eye, which required dressing and sutures. Considering the above and other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
