The learned Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu submitted a report which is forwarded by the Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, Ananthapuramu. In the report, the Secretary has submitted that as per the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Ananthapuramu videdis.No.419 dated 19.03.2012, the entire case record of 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1064 of 2010 Dated 28.03.2025 D.V.C.No.2 of 2008 was transferred to Special JudicialI Class Magistrate, Mobile Court, Ananthapuramau where the Court had assigned D.V.C.No.30 of 2012. After completion of the inquiry,D.V.C.No.30 of 2012 was disposed of on 29.09.2023 on merits against respondent No.1 therein only and the petition was dismissed against respondent Nos.2 to 6 therein. 3. This criminal revision case was filed by the petitioners/A2 to A6/respondent Nos.2 to 6 to discharge them from the case.However, that petition was dismissed by the learned Judicial I Class Magistrate, Dharmavaram on 12.04.2010. In view of disposal of D.V.C.No.2 of 2008 (D.V.C.No.30 of 2012) this Criminal Revision case can be dismissed as infructuous. 4. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
