Court Case No. 02/2024 corresponding to C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 03/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 120B, r/w 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.J.C. XVIII-cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi. 3. It is alleged that the petitioner and co-accused persons used to assist the employees of CCL to get loan from S.B.I. after taking commission. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused Mehul @ Mehul Kumar, Md. Jamir Miyan @ Jamir and Ranjeet @ Kamal Singh have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and also by this Court and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. 5. Ms. Amrita Kumari, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C. XVIII-cum-Special Judge, CID, Ranchi in connection with C.I.D. Court Case No. 02/2024 corresponding to C.I.D. P.S. Case No. 03/2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
