This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner assails the recovery order dated October 21, 2024 issued by the Assistant Road Transport Officer, Hapur, UP, being the respondent No.3 herein. 3. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed applications on July 21, 2016 and July 12, 2018 before the Assistant Road Transport Officer, Hapur, being the respondent No.3 herein, wherein he has submitted that the vehicle of the petitioner was repossessed on September 14, 2015 by the respondent No.4. 4. In light of the above, the authority concerned is directed to decide the applications/representations of the petitioner dated July 21, 2016 and July 12, 2018 within a period of eight weeks from date.
