This MCC is filed by the applicants seeking correction of the typographical error in the impugned order dated 18.06.2025 passed in MAC No. 852/2019 pointing out that in the impugned order, the registration number of offending vehicle i.e. Innova Car is wrongly mentioned as CG 10 AF 5835 instead of CG 10 F 5835. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical error, the number of Innova Car involved in the accident is erroneously mentioned as CG 10 AF 5835 in paras 2 and 6 of the impugned award, whereas, the correct number is CG 10 F 5835. 3. Submission of counsel for applicant is not opposed by the counsel for the Non-applicants No. 1 to 4. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the impugned order. 5. On due consideration of the submissions made by the counsel for the respective parties, this MCC is allowed and it is directed that the Innova Car No. CG 10 AF 5835 as mentioned in para 2 and 6 of the impugned order dated 18.06.2025 be read as CG 10 F 5835. 6.
