Pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2025, the corpus petitioner no. 2, Vaishnavi (minor) has been produced by respondent no. 4, Dinesh Kumar (fufa of the corpus). On the query being raised, it is informed that the petitioner no. 1, Smt. Laxmi Kumari @ Laxmi Devi is the step mother of the corpus therefore, the corpus has declined to join the petitioner no. 1. Looking to the welfare of the corpus whose parents are no more and is living under the guardianship of her uncle Mr. Harish Kumar, let the corpus remain in the custody of her uncle. However, the petitioner no. 1, Smt. Laxmi Kumari @ Laxmi Devi (step mother of the corpus) is given the visitation right to meet the corpus once in a month on the 10th of every month for three hours at the venue fixed by the S.H.O., P.S. Harduaganj, District Aligarh where the corpus is residing. With the aforesaid direction, petition is disposed of.
