Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 35, 38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 70 liters country made liquor, 400 litres raw solution and 2 sacks of 50 kg meetha were recovered from the house of co-accused Indal Mukhiya and others. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27028 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 bail and submits that the petitioner has got eight criminal antecedents of similar nature. 6.
