The issue raised in this writ petition has already been settled upto the Supreme Court since an order passed by a Single Bench of this Court in Vinay Kumar Pandey and others vs. State of U.P. and others, 2024:AHC:5922 was set aside by a Division Bench of this Court in Secretary Basic Shiksha Parishad vs. Vinay Kumar Pandey and others, 2024 NCAHC65973, which was affirmed by Supreme Court in Vinay Kumar Pandey and others vs. Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad and others (Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 9896 of 2024), decided on 06.05.2024. Therefore, to reopen the case at the behest of petitioner is totally unwarranted. 3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
