Tripathi, Sr. Advocate --- 05 / 27.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri S. Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner had entered into an agreement with the Informant for purchase of land and house appertaining to Khata No. 307, Plot No. 256(b) total area 7.5 Kattha for a consideration amount of Rs. 70.00 lakhs. Petitioner paid Rs. 38.50 lakhs to him. Thereafter, the petitioner expressed his inability to arrange money and asked the Informant to return his money. It is the case of the Informant that he returned that amount. However, petitioner is still occupying the premises even after agreement between the parties was annulled. 4. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner is not occupying the said premises. 5. Mr. B.M. Tripathi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, submitted that at the instance of the petitioner, part consideration amount for sale of the land and house was deposited in the account of a dead person. 6. It appears that the petitioner has also filed a case against the Informant. 7. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not in possession of the land of the 2. Informant and this averment has been made at paragrarph-14 of this bail application, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S. Tigga, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 199 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
