JUDGMENT : Vivek Singh Thakur, J. Learned counsel for petitioner(s) submits that during pendency of these petitions, respondents have placed on record notification dated 24.07.2025, whereby Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education, Himachal Pradesh Rules, 2025 have been notified. He further submits that petitioner(s) intend to lay challenge to these Rules along with the prayer already made in these petitions and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw these petitions to file afresh on the same cause of action and also to challenge the aforesaid Rules. 2. Prayer is not opposed. 3. In view of above, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
