The matter has been settled through mediation as reported by the Coordinator of the Mediation Center, High Court of Tripura with the following terms and conditions: “1)That, the matter in dispute has been amicably settled as per office order No.3, dated 10/04/2025 issued by the Deputy General Manager, TSECL, Electrical Division, Amarpur, Gomati Tripura allowing 75% of subsistence allowance to the petitioner Sri. Ujjwal Kishore Pal. 2) That, the Additional Secretary to the Govt. of Tripura, Power Dept. on 31/07/2025 revoked the suspension order dated 24/05/2024 of the petitioner , Sri Ujjwal Kishore Pal. 3) That, as the petitioner got the reliefs as prayed by him in the WP(C) 48 of 2025 the petitioner is not interested to proceed further and hence the Hon’ble Court may pass order as it deems necessary. 4)That, both the parties agreed that they have no further dispute among them.” The terms of settlement are signed by the parties and accepted by the Court. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of being settled by the parties with the above said terms and condition.
