The writ petitioner is before this Court for disposal of the complaints which had been lodged before the respondent No. 2 with regard to the implementation of the MGNREGS Schemes in the petitioner’s village. 2. In the course of the proceedings, it has come to light that various inquiries and inspections have been carried out which is connected to the complaints made by the writ petitioner. 3. Today, Mr. N.D.Chullai, learned AAG assisted by Mr. E.R.Chyne, learned GA on behalf of the respondents has also produced an inspection 2025:MLHC:497 3 report dated 21st May, 2024 and also a comprehensive summary of the report with regard to the projects which had been undertaken in Nongrim Nongladew. 4. In view of the fact that the complaints of the writ petitioner have since been redressed, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition and the same is closed and disposed of.
