Before the executing Court, the D.Hr filed a petition under Order XXI Rule 58 of CPC in E.P.No.237/2010. J.Dr raised some objections. The objections were over ruled and D.Hr was directed to proceed further to file SP, EC and MVC, and for settlement of terms. This revision was filed eleven (11) years ago. 3. In the result, this revision petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
