Petitioner called, no representation, waited till 5.00 p.m. For hearing and filing of counter, call on 15.12.2021.” As observed from the said docket order, there was no representation for
4. the petitioner and the Court waited till 5.00 P.M. on 10.12.2021. Thereafter the suit was adjourned to 15.12.2021 for hearing and filing of counter. No
order has been passed by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge on that day. As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the interim injunction, granted earlier, was not extended. There is no illegality in the docket order passed by the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge.
5. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed at the admission stage granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for appropriate orders. As a sequel thereto, the interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
