Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The petitioner by means of present petition has prayed for following reliefs :- "1- यह िक माननीय न्यायालय परमादेश प्रकृ ित के यािचकादेश, आदेश/िनदेर्श के माध्यम से याची पर दबाव बनाकर उसका िववाह उत्तरवािदनी संख्या 4 से उसकी इच्छा/मजीर् के िवरूद्ध एवं िवपरीत जबरन, बल पूवर्क कराये जाने से उत्तरवादी संख्या 3 एवं 5 को मना करने की महती कृ पा करें। 2- यह िक माननीय न्यायालय की दृिष्ट में अन्य कोई न्यायोिचत यथासम्भव यािचकादेश आदेश / िनदेर्श, उपषम/अनुतोष, याची के पक्ष में पािरत व प्रदान करने की महती कृ पा करें। 3- यह िक माननीय न्यायालय याची को यािचका का सम्पूणर् व्यय एवं िवशेष क्षितपूित हजार्ना भी उत्तरवादीगण से िदलाने की महती कृ पा करें।" 3. It is alleged that respondent nos. 4 and 5, who are private persons are harassing the petitioner. 4. If that be so, the petitioner has other alternative remedy under law, which the petitioner can invoke and this Court under Article 226 of the constitution of India cannot entertain any private dispute between the petitioner and respondent nos. 4 and 5. The writ petition lacks merit and is liable to be Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Om Shiv, Yogendra Singh Kushwaha Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Shivam Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
