Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent no. 4, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Pursuant to the order dated 28.04.2025, the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Seema and petitioner no. 3 Vinay and respondent no.4 Devendra Singh are present before this Court. After query being raised, the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Seema has agreed to stay at her matrimonial home at village Malupur, Police Station Khandauli, District Agra and the respondent no. 4 Nannuram Chaudhary (her father-in-law) shall make necessary arrangement for the accommodation of his widowed daughter-in- law Smt. Seema and her two minor children, i.e. petitioner no. 2 Divya and petitioner no. 3 Vinay as an interim arrangement. The respondent no. 4 shall not create any hindrance in day to day life of the petitioners and shall soon make suitable arrangement for their permanent residence on the vacant plot. As the parties have amicably agreed to settle the matter on the aforesaid terms, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. S.H.O. Police Station Khandauli, District Agra shall ensure that the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Seema resides with two children safely and securely. Registrar (Compliance) shall ensure the compliance of the aforesaid order.
