Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 11.03.2025, passed by Respondent No. 2 in Case No. 254 of 2022 (Computer Case No. C202218000000254) (Shishupal Saraswat Vs. Maharani Devi), U/s-210, of U.P. Revenue Code- 2006. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.03.2022, passed by Respondent No. 3 in Case No. 7091 of 2020 (Computer Case No. D202018020007091) (Shishupal Saraswat Vs. Maharani Devi and others), U/s-128 of U.P. Revenue Code-2006" 3. The application filed by the petitioner for cancelling the allotment under Section 128 which were made in the year 2011, has been rejected by the court below. The revision filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. 4. I have perused the application filed by the petitioner. There is no cause of action for the petitioner to file the relief as he is not aggrieved by the allotment 5. In view of the same, no illegality has been committed by the Authorities in dismissing the application filed by the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 7.
