Learned counsel for the revisionist would submit that this revision is filed against the impugned order dated 06.02.2025 passed by 3rd Judicial Magistrate, District Haridwar in Complaint Case No.913 of 2022, whereby the application filed by the revisionist/accused u/s 340 of Cr.P.C., has been dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 would vehemently oppose this revision and would submit that the revisionist/accused has straightaway come before this Court invoking the revisional jurisdiction without exhausting the equally efficacious remedy available to him to file revision before the Sessions Court. 3.
