Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 23.05.2017 passed by Additional District Magistrate, Basti in Case No.9/78 of 2014-15 and impugned order dated 21.11.2024 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration) Basti Division, Basti in Case No. 269 of 2017 (Chandra Bhusan & Others Versus Santoshi & Others) (Annexure No.1 & 2 to this writ petition)." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing second appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to them, under the law.
