Counsel for the petitioner submits that no sooner the writ petition is restored, he will take necessary steps to remove the defects within a period of two weeks. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am inclined to allow this restoration petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Consequently, WP(S) No. 2096 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
