Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to produce the petitioner before this Court. 3. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court a copy of the instruction, which is taken on record. 4. As per instructions the petitioner is accused in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections 126(2), 140(1), 109(1), 111(2), 143 of B.N.S., Section 9/11/27/51 of Wild Life Protection Act, Section 67 of I.T. Act and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, wherein the petitioner along with 13 other persons have been arrested on 28.3.2025 and the investigation is going on. 5. In such view of the matter, present habeas corpus petition is not maintainable and the same accordingly stands dismissed.
