Rajasthan Staff Selection Board wherein under akin facts, vide order dated 09.12.2024, the Court had directed the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner by way of speaking order, following the principles of natural justice and strictly in accordance with law; within a stipulated period of four weeks. Thence, the instant petition can be decided in same terms. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the directions spelled out in Vikram Verma (supra).
