1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court Made the followinc] Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner herein/A3, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.137 of 2024 of Yetapaka Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 111(2)(b) and 111(4) of the BNS and Sections 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2.
Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, on 12.ll.2O24, the Sub-Inspector of Police along with his staff and mediators while conducting raid at Bojjaguppa Centre, Yetapaka, they caught hold of A1, A3 to A6 while they were in possession and transportation of Ganja of 100Kgs, which was supplied by Al and A2 packed in 5 white color plastic bags by two cars. 3. Heard, perusedtherecord. 4. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that the contraband allegedly I-nVOIved in the present crime is 100Kgs of Ganja and the same was seized from the possession of petitioner herein and others. It I'S Submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petI'tiOner has been suffering from ill-health. In support of his contention, the learned counsel for the petl'tioner placed a copy of the medical report. Learned Assistant publI'C Prosecutor placed the medical report of the petitioner issued by the Deputy civil surgeon, central prison Hospital, Rajamahendravaram, wherein, jt shows that on ll.02.2025 the prisoner/petitI'Oner herein came with a complaint of pain scrotal region and he was admitted jn central prison Hospital for three days and IV antibiotics given and discharged after pain decreased. The medical report suggests that at present the health conditI-On Of the petitioner js stable. symptomatic treatment is provided when required. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the family members of the petitioner want to provI-de better medical treatment to the petitioner in Apollo Hospital, vjJ-ayaWada. 5. Considering the health conditI'On Of the petitioner and the family members of the petitioner want to gl've better medical treatment, this court is incll-ned to grant bail to the petitioner herein/A3. 6.
