We find that the impugned order dated 02.12.2024, is not an order of rejection, but a communication of the deficiencies/queries raised by the Deputy Director, Education, Kolhapur Division, Kolhapur. The said Officer has entered his affidavit in reply dated 11.03.2025, in which he has stated that deficiency No.4 has already been cured by the Management. 2. Let the Management tender its revised proposal in the light of the said queries, within 45 days from today. Thereafter, Respondent No.2 Authority shall deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 45 days and pass a reasoned order.
