(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 23.12.2025 issued under the signature of Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Mandi, which is taken on record, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that petitioner herein has been permitted to perform the duties of PET in Government Senior Secondary School Urla, District Mandi on the same terms and conditions on which he was serving earlier strictly in terms of directions contained in order dated 4.10.2024 passed by this Court. - 2 - 2. Careful perusal of aforesaid communication further reveals that matter with regard to regularization of the petitioner is under active consideration and same is being considered in light of judgment passed in CWP No. 2467 of 2015, titled as Villam Singh v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, same is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
