Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate for respondent no.5. 4. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a mandamus directing respondent nos.1 to 3 to conduct investigation on F.I.R. No.550 of 2023, registered with Police Station Kotwali-Dehradun, District-Dehradun, under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC. 5. Today learned State counsel made a statement at bar that after investigation a final report has been submitted on 05.04.2024 and nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. 6. Accordingly the writ petition is hereby closed; however, it is open to the petitioner to file a protest petition under the relevant provisions of law. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 28.03.2025 SK
